发现表中的条目会跟踪从基础架构链路上其他路由器收到的路由器通告消息中的前缀/路由信息选项。

公共属性
`mIsOnLink`	`bool` 指示前缀是 on-link 还是路由前缀。
`mMsecSinceLastUpdate`	`uint32_t` 自上次更新此前缀以来经过的毫秒数。
`mPreferredLifetime`	`uint32_t` 当为 `mIsOnLink` 时，链路前缀的首选生命周期。
`mPrefix`	`otIp6Prefix` 发现的 IPv6 前缀。
`mRoutePreference`	`otRoutePreference` `mIsOnlink` 为 false 时的路由偏好设置。
`mRouter`	`otBorderRoutingRouterEntry` 通告此前缀的路由器的相关信息。
